the cost of food?

Notice how Life's going down

falling fast

This Way to live can't last

Riding on a red balloon.

Ferris-wheel going round

round and round

hits the ground?

Member when I was a kid

Spider man and Robin Hood

Mr. Rogers on TV and

the street called Sesame

dusk till dawn

out on the lawn

Hopscotch,

basketball;

jumping rope

lived with hope.

laughing hard

out loud.

Gangs now members

of the hood

guns, drugs, endless wars

kids do things

we never did before.

living on the LA street

HIV and tainted Meat

earthquakes and hurricanes

flooding from the awful rain.

Don't know where its gonna end

Can I hang on when this

ferris-wheel's going round

and round and round

hits the ground?

Some say now that

God is dead,

over there lose your head

Pirates on the open seas

Revolutions everywhere

people live in fear of these

while some decide on

suicide.

Don't know how its gonna end

Try to hold on to the end
